HP Printer blue screen error can often be resolved by performing a quick restart of the device. All you need to do is unplug the power adapter of the printer, wait for about two minutes, and then reconnect the cable to the electrical socket. However, you must ensure that the printer driver is properly installed and that you are using the latest version of the printer software.

Reset the product

  • With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
  • Turn the printer on.

This May Work,
