I am writing to oppose one of the four Bridge Housing Community sites remaining on the BHC list: APN 47720161 located at 1896 Senter Rd within the floodplain of Coyote Creek. This site was underwater during the Feb 21, 2017 flooding, which was a less than 25 year storm event. Media footage showed horses stranded on the property due to flood waters (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSZ_IiE0YLk, minute 1:19 to 2:18). BHC sites should be situated away from creeks and out of the floodplain.
