ADJOURNMENT: This meeting is adjourned in memory of Velma LaPine Million. Ms. Million passed away on January 31, 2018, at the age of 97. Velma became known as the "Lady of the Lake", as her idea of a regional park for youth in the area became a reality with the creation of Lake Cunningham Park. She was a tenacious, tireless community leader, who will be missed. However, her positive impact on our community will not be forgotten. (Rocha)
