Hire inspectors that can and do actually fix what they inspect. Plant a tree, fix a sidewalk, cut up a fallen tree during a storm. All you do is add to the list of problems and rules so you can hire more people to enforce those rules and collect more taxes from the inflated service business created only because of all the restrictions. It has to stop!
