Dear SJ council, we ALL want reduced violence. But requiring private shops to implement "big brother" (Orwell 1984) is not practical, nor profitable towards reducing violence. The ideas proposed seem ludicrous and comical. I helped to elect a few of you and would be embarrassed to propose such "solutions". The proposal to outlaw downloading digital data or printing an inanimate object is too far over-reaching. We already have state laws that cover areas under proposal by your proposals.
