This meeting is adjourned in memory of Betty Rose-Morales who passed away on January 22, 2019 at the age of 82. Betty and her husband, Hilbert Morales, owned and operated the El Observador news outlet in San José together since 1986, providing factual, truthful and useful information to the Hispanic-Latino community. She will be missed by many and remembered for her wisdom, kindness, common sense, and impressible humor.
