    I believe the overall DT Guidelines would be improved with the following 4 items: 1) Expand the DT Frame to include west of Park and north of San Carlos. 2) Promote a LTR extension for a DT "Trolley" which would connect east and west of Hwy87. 3) Create a physical barrier bike & scooter lane on Santa Clara and plant additional trees. 4) Increase the tree canopy throughout DT to reduce the heat island effect.
    Please promote these improvements to meet many city goals.
