The River Oaks Neighborhood Association supports the long over-due focus on building out basic amenities, but we see the city continuing to go down a bad path in the area of transportation improvements.

Staff’s memo outlines changes that would accelerate housing and reduce the traffic impact fee. In the face of the already existing traffic improvement deficit, it would seem these actions would make the situation worse.
