I think this is a wonderful opportunity to interact with other cities and private partners to better utilize technology to make the city more responsive to the needs of the citizens. I would love to see the city become involved in some way to help facilitate helping disadvantaged / disenfranchised populations in the city to gain access to inclusive technology that might help those populations be more involved in civic functions such as council meetings.
