Hello, i would like to propose placing speed-bumps & cameras near all schools, there are too many people driving over the speed limit. This will limit them from going to fast which protects our kids & the environment. Also we need to take care of this graffiti crisis, our city of san jose seems like its just getting worse and I don't see any improvement on tackling this issue. I propose placing someone or a camera at this active locations so we may punish these criminals so they cant tag no more
