This is not the time to reduce fees. Reduce fees when a city has a hard time finding companies willing to invest in building housing not when housing is a city priority and in high demand. Investors are salivating at the money to be made here. Why would we want to reduce fees for folks who have the financial capital to pay them? Reduce fees for people on the streets not people trying to make profits off of housing them. This is a mistake.
