The Employee parking lot at SJC is still NOT safe or secure. Lot 2 has had 4 months of empty parking spaces costing ultimately tax payer money. SJC is losing the revenue of 800 economy lot spaces when they could turn the lot off Martin into economy lot 2 and generate revenue. I heard it’s costing $30,000 to $50,000 per month for employee parking while the Lot 2 still sits empty. Councilman Peralez will not meet with me because John Aitken keeps wanting a anomaly in parking to happen.
