WHO recommends: fever centers with free/easy testing for those with fevers, dedicated public health infrastructure to investigate cases, identify close contacts & make sure they remain under surveillance. Large scale dedicated treatment facilities with ventilators, oxygen, CTs, & labs, every hospital should test people with atypical pneumonia.
