This meeting will be in memory of William James "Bill" Del Biaggio Jr., a business leader, philanthropist, and community leader. Living in San José his entire life, Bill continually worked to improve his community through the Guadalupe River Park & Gardens, Via Services, History San José, and many more. Bill was a pillar of the community and his passing is a loss for all of San José.
