Eliminating this creation or funding of affordable housing is not in the interest of the thousands who are struggling to live in a place of their own with the ability to save for emergencies.
If you're going to give breaks, tax breaks would be better served upzoning areas near rail stations to generate jobs and housing in mixed use communities.
Don't support the biggest developers if you can't even support the workers who clean their offices, your offices, or cook your food downtown.
