The tech businesses are essential for our growing economy, however, if we do not have a balance of providing low income housing we will be swimming in a sea of homelessness even more so than what we see now. It is impossible for anyone especially community service helpers (annual income (80k-150k) to own a home in this area since the tech businesses inflated home values. We need a balance community that works for all. Fund all schools properly especially in the lower income areas, kids need it!
