The Rules-In-Lieu meeting will be held instead of the weekly Council Assistants Rules and the Rules and
Open Government Committee meetings which is cancelled. Participants in the Rules-In-Lieu meeting include
staff from the Mayor and City Council offices along with the City Clerk, City Manager, City Attorney, and
other City Departments or their designees. The purpose of the meeting is to review pending City Council
Agendas. No action may be taken at the Rules-In-Lieu meeting.
