As you may know, Morley Bros., LLC works closely with some of Silicon Valley’s largest employers and developers. We certainly support the city’s climate change goals. However, this needs to be balanced approach with a transition plan that accounts for the day-to-day real need for energy reliability and resiliency the entire community requires. We encourage you to support the Administration’s supplemental memo which w ll help provide this balance on a transitional basis.

Please pass the Gas Prohibition without making exemptions for the fossil fuel industry allowing gas fuel cells, which emit methane and rely on gas pipelines. Gas is unnecessary thanks to the renewable electricity from San Jose Clean Energy. Thank you for doing the right thing for future generations.

Gas is unnecessary due to renewable electricity from San Jose Clean Energy. We must move towards green energy to help reverse climate change. San Jose does not need gas fuel cells that emit methane and rely on gas pipelines. Please pass the Gas Prohibition without making exemptions for the fossil fuel industry. Thank you.
