I am opposed to the General Plan Task Force proposal to eliminate single family home zoning by right with 4-plexes plus 2ADUs on SFH lots to densify San Jose.
Propose improving quality of life, reducing homelessness, taxes, utility rates, expenses, emergency response times, crime, transportation costs, carbon emissions, congestion and VMT.
