    Eliminating SFH zoning in San José is about buying votes for higher office which benefits the real estate industry, landlords, rents and taxes for the city, county and state. No benefit to residents or homeowners. Why is anyone looking to hire non-local job seekers instead of giving the jobs and training to qualified local job candidates? Stop unemployment, crime, homelessness, displacement, and gentrification by hiring locally!
