Once the fire station planning is underway for the Option site, please consider a mixed use development with a fire station on the first (ground) floor and immediate floor(s) above that, additional ground floor retail space if possible, and potential office and/or residential space on upper floors. Parking for these additional uses on the upper floors could be eliminated for being in the downtown area and along a high frequency transit corridor.
