Spoken public comments will be accepted through the teleconference meeting. To address the Joint Committee, click on the link above for the appropriate meeting to access the Zoom-based meeting. Please read the following instructions carefully.

Receive report from the Office of the District Attorney, Santa Clara County Valley Medical Center, San José Police Department and YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley relating to the opening and operation of the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) and methods to improve services and ensure proper utilization of the CAC. b. Receive report from the City of San José Police Department relating to the implementation of the City's Sexual Assault Response & Strategy Work Plan. c. Receive report from the County of Santa Clara Office of Supportive Housing, City of San José Housing Department, Destination: Home and Community Solutions relating to housing options and opportunities available for survivors of gender-based violence and child sexual abuse. d. Discussion relative to possible recommendations.
