Please support the Seamless Transit principles. San Jose alone is served by 7+ agencies (VTA, Caltrain, BART, ACE, Amtrak, 17 bus, Monterey bus), each with their own fares, schedule, website, signage, etc. This fragmentation is confusing and can cause painful transfers. I have sprinted from Caltrain to VTA at Diridon - sometimes making it, sometimes not - too many times to count. London's TFL would be a great model - seamless fares/routes/schedules for users, but behind the scenes many agencies.
