PG&E wants to limit our consumption of electricity between the hours of 4pm and 9pm because they do not have adequate capacity. San Jose Water Company wants to limit our consumption of water because they do not have adequate capacity. Yet San Jose is pursuing economic and population growth through many development plans without adequate water and power. We need to either increase supply of these critical infrastructure elements or we need to slow down the population growth.
