I am writing to ask that the rules committee, postpone the haring scheduled for Oct 26h by 30 days, for file Nos C19-031 & SP20-016, based on the fact that the residents were not provided responses to their comments for 4 months. The whole process is being circumvented by the vote going to the city council without going through the process of planning dept then city council. This is a project that completely violates that objectives of the Winchester urban plan.
