The Executive Order to COVID-19 order by Governor Newsom did not legally submit the Executive Order signed by the Secretary Of State As claimed to be at the time Alex Padilla. As Alex Padilla is also claiming to public business licenses to be the commissioner to state of California in 2018. So the Executive Order NR-25-20 as I believe is it's title is illeagle. And all government employees know this because of the forced Re Election of 2018 to all of California.
