Members of the Public are invited to speak on any item that does not appear on today's Agenda and that is within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City Council.
It seems its getting harder to just drive in San Jose without extremely dangerous situations. In just one four mile drive to work on Maridian I saw three bikes ride through solid red lights. A man with his pants down apparently having some type of issue but was in danger of being hit. None of the contacting options were available ie 911 will not answer or gets mad b/c its not an emergency and contacting counsel offices or 311 is not an option either.
