Im not speaking specifically about this project but the fee wavers for developers seems to go real deep and is often given as a matter of SOP. It is frustrating when a regular citizen cant even get one day waiver on late bills or taxes from the city without begging or public outcry. That was notable concerning the food pantry the city was requiring 15,000$ permit for. This may well be a worthy project but the concept of fee waivers has always seemed troublesome.
