Re: Business Tax Exemption, current format does not adequately consider IT issues re: securely storing tax return information, nor what can be redacted before handing PII to city. Instead of creating an easy hacking avenue, why not just audit random exemptees every 2 yrs, then delete/shred all tax info provided? Also, current format does not consider businesses that opened from Jan-April. These businesses r requested to give tax info but will not have filed taxes during exemption renewal period.
