    The Russian people do not want this war and are not our enemies. The Russian government no longer represents the will of its people who are actively protesting this war and are being arrested for their activism. The council spending tax money on these activities reflects poorly on a city that lacks funding for our crumbling infrastructure. Please focus on critical city needs and cease these self serving initiatives that accomplish nothing more than news headlines. We have real work to do.
