Consideration has been sorely lacking to those who do not benefit from the closure but must deal with its impact including the continuation of paying full rent to occupy space no longer meeting the criteria upon which the space was leased due to the City's Emergency actions. How will the City compensate those impacted by their actions? I believe those who increase their business revenues by occupying formerly public space be required to pay market rent for such space to the City.
