I am a Noble resident of 23 years and have always known the land identified for the District 4 Emergency Interim Housing project as a park. The park, which is part of the Penitencia Creek Park system as Reach 2, is used daily by a significant number of community members to include our children, nature lovers, runners, walkers, bicyclists, dog-walkers, teachers, veterans, and those drawn to the beauty of the percolation ponds and its abundant amount of wildlife. Please do not take away our park.
