It appears that this agenda item only addresses management pay raises and bonuses, however all of the staff at the shelter need to be compensated appropriately. The shelter has a high rate of staff turnover and the animals suffer for it. The shelter has been understaffed the entire time I've been a volunteer. Please look at all positions/pay.
