Those emails will be attached to the Council Item under "Letters from the Public." Please identify the Agenda Item Number in the subject line of your email.

Purpose: To provide the City Council with background information and policy strategies related to gun violence prevention, including a contextual overview of gun violence from a public health perspective, perspectives on gun violence prevention from nationally-recognized researchers, and potential policy approaches to prevent gun violence. Outcome: That the City Council is informed about strategies to prevent gun violence.
