She led the Friends of Hue Foundation (FHF), a Bay Area nonprofit organization that promotes cultural diversity and youth leadership while providing various community services to San José residents, particularly among the Vietnamese American community. She also established the Ao Dai Festival. Her passion, dedication and friendship will be dearly missed by the many who knew her. - City of San Jose
