I wanted to express my support for the SJ Animal Care Center. I am concerned about the recent and continued closure of the spay neuter program to the public and for TNR. This program is extremely important as there are many owned and homeless pets that need to be spayed or neutered to prevent unwanted pregnancies. This program is crucial and needs to be reinstated as soon as possible. We are already seeing greater numbers of pregnant cats in my neighborhood. Thank you for considering my comment.
