I am concerned that when animals are brought in to the animal shelter as strays, they are not being checked in at all, and sometimes not even scanned for a microchip. If my pet is lost, I would like to know that all due diligence is done to return him to me. The shelter is over capacity and needs help reducing the animal population so this sort of thing doesn't happen. Thank you.
