FTSV is proud of our 23 years serving our youth at Rancho del Pueblo golf course, Home of the First Tee of Silicon Valley. We look forward to continue our long history collaborating with CourseCo, to continue with our youth development programs providing high quality educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values, and promote healthy choices seamlessly through the game of golf.
7.3 - Long-Term Lease of Municipal Golf Courses.
First Tee - Silicon Valley, which develops youth through golf, is very pleased with the selection of CourseCo for the 3-course lease. We are especially excited to collaborate with them to increase Rancho del Pueblo Golf Course’s benefit to the community. We should have no problem establishing a new use agreement in the very near-term, but certainly by the 90-day lease deadline. Our conversations thus far have been very positive.
