Vehicle owners violate parking rules willy nilly around San Jose. Abandoned vehicles (>72 hr), parking in bike lanes, parking in "No Parking" areas. San Jose can have all the good laws we want, but if there's no enforcement then some car owners will break the rules because there are no consequences. Please put teeth into our parking ordinances and staff more traffic enforcement officers. Thank you.
