2) By email to city.clerk@sanjoseca.gov by 10:00 a.m. the day of the meeting. Those emails will be attached to the Council Item under "Letters from the Public." Please identify the Agenda Item Number in the subject line of your email.
Monterey Highway is a heavily traveled, industrial car and truck route--and a major bicycle route. Monterey Highway bike lanes are filled with gravel, glass, and debris because they are only cleaned every two weeks I don't want a flat tire so I avoid biking Monterey Highway. If you want people to use alternative forms of transportation you need to provide a safe way for them to do that.
