I don't yet have an opinion on E funding %. Public comments have been educational. I'm disappointed that Mayor Mahan has mischaracterized E to new residents like myself. It passed only 2 years ago. To characterize the current % as failing or "the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting different results" is disingenuous and harmful. It ignores the measured improvements already shown by data, and the fact that voters who approved E knew it was a longterm-heavy approach.
