The homeless encampment along Great oaks near the Blossom hill Caltrain station is causing many issues for the residents there. The homeless living so close to the train tracks in a safety concern and according to the memorandum with UP, the city is supposed to be abating these tents. The homeless living in those tents are stealing water from our homes, going through our trash and stealing our packages. They are starting fires and accumulating trash. Please abate.
