My name is Deitra Hoang and I'm the Chairperson and District 3 Youth Commissioner. I wanted to express my support for the passage of the Children and Youth Services Master Plan. It has been worked on for quite a while, and the Youth Commission has been regularly updated on its progress. We saw how the team truly prioritizes youth input through town halls, reports, and requests for feedback. I strongly urge the passage of this item for the well-being of current and future youths of the city.

Especially as the plan focuses on marginalized youth, I see its provisions impacting so many underserved youth I know who lack teacher, parent, and community support.
