2nd comment for item 8.2: Original estimate for onsite services was $3.2M/year. It is now up to an estimated $5M/year. Someone please do the math because this works out to over $6,000 per month per space. This is a complete and total waste of taxpayer money. Think of how many apartments you could subsidize for the same money and put real people in real homes instead of leaving them homeless in a parking lot. This is a dereliction of your duties if you approve this.
