When CC first approved this project in June, the site preparation was estimated at $4.3M. The City is now asking taxpayers for $19.3M and the timeline has been pushed out to late 2024. Vote No! Someone please use common sense and calculate what the fully amortized cost per space per month is going to be for this project. This is the absolute worst possible use of public funds and doesn't make one single person any less homeless.
