I'm Destiny cervantes I have been given a car that has a Harnia They have operated on her 3 times for the same reason and nothing has been fixed I've talked to the managers and asked multiple times if these vets has been fired due to not being able to actually help out the animals I've had the vets also refused to even come out and talk to me. The head vet Came to talk to me. Before the third operation with a lot of attitude saying my cat would be fixed her stomach is falling out of her (@sjcs

I appreciate SJACC admitting its dire situation.
Contrary to the report, SJACC conducted almost no outreach during last fiscal year. What little occurred was done by volunteers and the City Manager’s Office. More outreach (seeking help) and education (on the importance of adoption) is needed.
SJACC needs a dedicated employee who does only outreach (and actually believes in it). It also needs a dedicated employee that handles only rescue & fostering, rather than also running the shelter.
