We are strongly oppose the Lawmakers who is proposing the Law: Suspending Rent for San Jose Tenants.
Being the Landlords, we have many obligations for our properties.
Please put yourself in our shoes, and ask the following questions:
You are giving FREE rent to Tenants, then :
+ Who will pay the Mortgage ?.
+ Who will pay the Salary of the Management Team ?.
+ Who will pay City Tax & Property Tax ?.
+ Who will pay all the Utilities: Electricity, Water, Garbage ?.
+ Who will pay the Handymen to fix up the property ?.
Lawmakers want to help Tenants, that's good...You can give away your own $$.
But, you can not force someone else to give away their $$.
