I oppose the vaccine mandates and passports. This is a clear violation of our constitutional rights as American citizens. The council and Mayor Liccardo should turn back from this illegal and divisive public policy immediately.
I am opposed to Agenda Items 3 and 4. There should be no vaccine mandates for the public to enter businesses. We shop and go to restaurants in your city and county. Businesses are not health inspectors. Healthy people with natural immunity should not be kept from entering stores.

Are you going to allow religious and medical exemptions? If not, then this is outright discrimination and segregation. It is a choice whether or not to be vaccinated. The only person they are “harming” by not being vaccinated is their self. Vaccine mandates are just another power grab. In Santa Clara county, the average covid death rate is 0. The statistics doesn’t justify vaccine mandates.

I suffer from chronic illness and I do not attend to get the vaccine that needs at least 5 years to go through enough experiments.
