There is absolutely nothing legal about mandating a vaccine to a healthy person.We know this is all about revenue, however the government makes more money on a healthy person than a sick one so if we are healthy we do not need this vaccine.My kids are healthy we do not need this.We don’t want to live on sick pay and lose ours jobs over these. Nurses are getting big bucks to cover the side effects.This is so illegal! I can’t believe you still have jobs we pay for to mandate such a dangerous jab.
No to the passports. Our privacy is invaded more and more day by day and even thought the new gold is data, we still have the right to decide what goes into our bodies. We know how corrupt the system is and we barely can make it day by day, now discriminating over a vaccine that is not safe for so many is just illegal. Absolutely no to this passport. There is no evidence that I and my family are a threat to this virus, which in California is illegal to assume I am sick and a threat to the society, and mandating such a thing is actually harassment, intimidation and illegal.
We are opposing vaccination passports as they will eventually discriminate everyone that is not allowed or too scared to get the Covid vaccine and a piece of paper that needs to be in the database just for funds is way less important than my family’s and my life. We are aware of the virus, but we chose to decide what to do with our body and want to give up our personal beliefs.

It is clear to me that I would be at risk of blood clots if I take this experiment. Having mandates like this is medical discrimination. Bodily choice is the most fundamental right of all people.

As citizens of a free nation, it should be our right to choose, and it is the responsibility of leaders we have voted into office, to support and protect its constituents. This shot is not a traditional vaccine, it is at best a gene therapy. It doesn’t stop contraction, or transmission. It’s efficacy especially with delta variant is waning fast, it is highly debatable whether or not it is safe. Bodily autonomy is a God given right, the right to refuse medical treatment is constitutionally protected. I have done my research, I am informed, I do not consent. San Jose, the city I was born and raised in the city I love, must not go down the path of medical tyranny!
I absolutely oppose anybody telling me that I have to do anything that I do not want to do. It should not be mandated that you get a vaccine or anything else.
Please do not do this. A very high percentage of our city and county are already vaccinated, per your own description. The vaccines are not as effective as we had hoped, and now there are calls for boosters. The city will continue to lose revenue if they prevent thesmall number of unvaccinated from using facilities in their own town. This will only worsen once people get tired of required boosters. Please don’t make a decision many will regret. Things may be very different in a few months.

My body is different than another body and my genetics is different from another so please don’t follow the “one size fits all” idea. Very unconstitutional to force people to get something injected into their body when the only person who knows best of their own body is that person (and only person) to make that decision for themselves.
