Government officials do not have full understanding if individual heath needs and history. If birth is a choice for a person why would what we put in our bodies not be a personal choice. Will the government take responsibility and accountability for adverse effects of the vaccine?
Do not force or coerce people to be vaccinated. This is an individual choice based off individual needs. Government officials are not qualified to make health decisions for the individual. Your job is to represent us, not make health decisions FOR us.

I oppose the vaccine mandate which is not legal since the jab is not a real vaccine approved by the FDA. Second, even if it was approved, this country was created based on rights. The government does NOT have the right to force a shot on someone against there free will. There is no reason why people cannot decide to get the BEST immunity which is to contract the virus naturally and then be truly immune (this is a much better protection than any shot).

San Jose should not mandate this vaccine or any other medical treatment or intervention ever. It is not government's place to tell citizens what to do with their bodies.
Nor should San Jose allow or encourage businesses to discriminate against people who choose not to be vaccinated.

If some have convictions, health issues, an already compromised system, they should be able to choose for themselves if the vaccine is for them. This mandate will divide our city.
